Deposit

The reservation will only be considered final upon receipt of a deposit of € 100.00 or 30% of the room rate (based on the season) within 5 days of booking.

When you book directly you always get the best price. 

Payment options

The bill can be paid in cash (under € 1,999.99), by credit card (Visa, Eurocard, Master Card) or by ATM. Attention: payment with EC cards is limited abroad. Please check with your bank before arrival.

Cancellation conditions

Please let us know in good time if you need to cancel or postpone your holiday.

• We do not charge a cancellation fee for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. The deposit will not be refunded, but will be credited for one year.
• If cancelled within 29 to 15 days before arrival: 50 % of the booking price will be charged.
• If cancelled within 14 to 4 days before arrival: 70 % of the booking price will be charged.
• In case of cancellation within 3 days before arrival, late arrival, early departure and no-show: 100 % of the booking price will be charged.

Costs may also apply if you leave early. We therefore recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance so that any expenses you incur are covered by a travel insurance.

The deposit already paid will be refunded in the form of a voucher, in accordance with the cancellation conditions. No other form of refund is possible.
