Jet down the freshly groomed slopes on skis and then reward yourself with an apple strudel and the view of the snow-covered mountain landscape – isn’t that wonderful? The Alpenrose is the ideal starting point for exciting winter holidays. In just ten minutes drive you can reach Kronplatz, South Tyrol’s largest ski area. Those who prefer it smaller, are right on top of the Speikboden in Sand in Taufers or at the Helm in Innichen. And in Alta Badia is the starting point of the popular ski circuit Sellaronda, which takes you over four Dolomite passes. And then there are also many opportunities for cross-country skiing, tobogganing, snowshoeing, ice skating. In short: just crunch the snow under your feet and let nature set the pace.

    That beats everything!

116 km of groomed slopes, more than 30 modern lifts, a wonderful view of the snowy mountains of the Dolomites and the Zillertal Alps – Kronplatz is South Tyrol’s ski mountain of superlatives. With the free ski bus you can start skiing right in front of the Alpenrose.

By the way: the room rate includes the Mobil Card. This will allow you to use all public transport in South Tyrol free of charge during your stay.
