    South Tyrolean cuisine has always been an exciting mix of traditional dishes and Mediterranean influences. We are inspired by this in our restaurant. You will find light fish or pasta dishes as well as hearty beef soup with dumplings. The dumplings, above all: as many South Tyroleans say: “Without dumplings it’s not worth eating.” And you shouldn’t go without the proper glass of South Tyrolean wine.  Host Werner Gräber has deepened his love for the vines and completed sommelier training. Just ask him your questions: he will be happy to advise you. The restaurant is open daily from 12.00 pm to 6.00 pm and from 6.30 pm to 8.00 pm. And yes, we also organise family celebrations (baptism, first communion) or book us for your wedding celebration.
